Freshly Crafted Fillings. A Day in Our Culinary Atelier
Today was all about crafting the heart of our cookies: the fillings. We started the morning with just-picked strawberries and blueberries, simmering them slowly into purées, nothing artificial, just pure fruit bursting with flavor.
Meanwhile, our cream cheese ganaches were coming together with white chocolate, whipped to a smooth finish. And for our peanut butter lovers, we prepared our delicious peanut butter ganache made with real peanut butter and premium white chocolate for the perfect melt in your mouth.
Yesterday, our kitchen was filled with the irresistible aroma of roasted hazelnuts and fresh pistachios as we made our signature pralines and blended the pistachios with the pistachio cream to prepare for the filling that we will use on the day we prepare the cookies. Everything should be ready for an easy and smooth process.
