Our journey began with a vision, to elevate the humble cookie into an artisanal experience. We create the best and most delicious cookies that people look for when they crave a sweet treat or think of a warm gift to their beloved ones in their happy occasions and holidays.
We are proud to work with bakers who are professionally trained at the world-renowned Institute of Culinary Education in New York, where they were immersed in the highest standards of pastry artistry, mastering advanced techniques under the guidance of celebrated chefs who have trained many of today’s pastry legends.
La Karamélée is our couture expression of gourmet cookies with a French twist. Our name carries two beautiful inspirations. From the Arabic word Karam, meaning generosity, we embrace the spirit of warmth, hospitality, and giving from the heart. From the word caramel, we draw our passion for rich, golden sweetness, the deliciously gooey textures that melt, stretch, and linger, just as the perfect cookie should.
Our cookies are made from scratch using only premium ingredients, with flavors that evoke nostalgia and honor tradition. Loved all the cookies, but my favorite is the S’mores cookie; it’s moist, tasty, and not overwhelmingly chocolatey, with a perfect marshmallow ratio. The chocolate chip is also great. They’re very filling; I cut them up to share and they didn’t fall apart. 100% recommend 😊♥️
