Do you offer gluten-free or sugar-free options?

We’re in the final stages of crafting gluten-free, high-protein, and sugar-free, keto-friendly cookies, made with the same indulgent Karamélée touch.

Where are La Karamélée cookies made?

Every cookie is freshly handcrafted in small batches at our affiliate kitchen in Boonton, NJ, made daily with care and couture-level precision.

Will you introduce more flavors?

Absolutely. Innovation is at the heart of La Karamélée. New limited edition and seasonal flavors are always in the works to spark joy and elevate your moments.

Are your products halal?

Yes. All ingredients we use are 100% halal, including marshmallows made with halal-certified beef-based gelatin and alcohol-free vanilla.

How long do the cookies stay fresh?

Our cookies are baked the same day. For the dreamiest texture, we recommend enjoying them on arrival, reheated using our signature method.

How should I reheat the cookies?

Warm in the oven for 5 minutes at 180°C, 350°F. They’ll return to their gooey, melt-in-your-heart perfection.

How should I store my cookies?

Keep them in an airtight container at room temperature, or freeze them to extend freshness while preserving their handcrafted quality.

Can the cookies be frozen?

Definitely. Freeze on the day of purchase, then reheat at 180°C/350°F for about 10 minutes. They’ll taste as if they just left our oven.

How do I place an order?

Simply tap any “Order Now” button on our website. Choose your flavors, adjust your quantities in the cart, select pickup, delivery or shipping and check out securely.

How far do you deliver?

We currently deliver within 10 miles of our affiliate stores. Enter your address/ZIP code in the Delivery section to check availability. Please see Delivery and Shipping Info section. Farther distances may be accommodated with our partner delivery apps.

Do you ship your cookies?

Yup! Shipping outside of the delivery zip codes in New jersey and nationwide shipping is available, you will find the tab for shipping in your cart.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. All payments and order information are encrypted and processed through a secure, trusted payment partner. Our store operates through shopify platform.

Can I make changes to my order?

For small adjustments to flavors or delivery details, email hello@lakaramelee.com. If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll do our best to help.

What are your delivery timing options?

Since we are in the early stages of our ordering service, we ask for 2 hours’ notice so we can prepare your treats with the same precision and care that define La Karamélée. Your available delivery windows will appear at checkout.

Are all your cookie flavors available all the time?

Because our cookies are so irresistibly delicious, they can sell out quickly. To guarantee your favorite flavors at your preferred time, we highly recommend placing your pre-order at least 24 hours in advance. This ensures that your chosen treats will be reserved and ready, so you never miss out on the flavors you love.

What if my cookies arrive damaged?

We care deeply about your experience, and we always ensure optimal packaging. If your order arrives damaged, please send photos and a description within 24 hours using our contact form, and we’ll take care of it promptly.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your delivery/shipping cookies haven’t arrived by the end of the day, please email hello@lakaramelee.com and our team will assist you immediately.
